they forgot the custom patch that i paid extra for. said they'd remake and it's now been nearly a month with no replacement

What a beautiful leather bag

The leather is good quality but it arrived with the metal fastenings rusted badly. I did reach out to the seller but their only solution was that I pay to ship another bag. I even asked if they could just send new metal fastenings as it is quite the shipping distance but no luck sadly.

The messenger bag definitely met my expectations! Great quality and color. Personalized as ordered!!
