Can I personalise my order?
Selected products offer personalisation. Check the available options and engraving allowance on the product page. Personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
How does shipping work?
Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more to eligible destinations, and US$25 below that threshold. Country exceptions and express charges apply. See all shipping details.
What if it is not right for me?
You can request a return for eligible unused items within 30 days of receipt. Personalised and sale items are excluded. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; Asgard covers return postage for manufacturing defects. Read the return policy.
How should I care for my leather?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and let damp leather dry naturally away from direct heat. Test a suitable conditioner on a hidden area before use. Read the care guide.
