Tell us the product, quantity and date. You hear back within one business day with pricing and timing.
Approve the proof
Send your logo or name list. We email a digital proof within 24 hours; production starts only when you approve it.
We make and engrave
Each piece is cut, stitched and laser-engraved to the approved proof, then checked by hand.
Delivered, tracked
Shipped by FedEx or DHL to your office, or to each recipient's address, with tracking for every parcel.

What is the minimum order?
10 units of one product. Mixed products are fine above 25 units in total.
Can you engrave a different name on each piece?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names with your order; individual names are included in the engraving price, free on 25+.
Can you ship to each employee's home?
Yes. Split shipping to individual US addresses is quoted per address on top of the unit price.
Do you accept purchase orders and NET terms?
We accept your PO number on the invoice. Standard terms are 50% on proof approval and 50% before dispatch; NET-30 is available for repeat buyers and PO-backed orders above $5,000.
How long does it take?
10 – 14 business days for up to 49 units, 14 – 21 for up to 99, and 21 – 30 for 100 or more, plus transit. Add a week in November and December. Tell us your date and we will confirm before you commit.
Who is the seller and how is it billed?
You buy from Asgard Accessories, invoiced in US dollars, with FedEx or DHL tracked delivery and duties included in the quote. No surprises on arrival.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
We replace it. Engraved items cannot be returned for change of mind, which is why we proof everything before production.
