Care for the leather
- Wipe with a dry cloth after travel and let it dry naturally, away from direct heat.
- Condition twice a year with a neutral wax or beeswax balm — a thin coat, worked in by hand.
- Store loosely stuffed in a cotton dust bag so it keeps its shape.
- Marks settle into the patina — rub them gently with your thumb and they become part of the character.
