Shipping costs
Free standard shipping is available to supported destinations with no minimum order value. Available express options and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing & estimated delivery
- Processing: typically 24–48 hours before dispatch.
- Within India: estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- International: estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Destination, carrier operations, holidays and customs processing can affect transit time. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.
Track your order
Use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation. If you need help finding them or understanding an update, contact us with your order number. Check your spam folder for missing confirmation emails.
International duties & taxes
Destination-country customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility where applicable. Review the checkout information and full shipping policy before placing your order.
Address changes & delivery issues
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. For an address correction, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once an order is being prepared or has shipped.
If a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email support@asgardaccessories.com with your order number and relevant tracking details or photographs. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
